Any cancellation by you must be initiated by telephone 00 31 (6) 46913079 or by email to contact@happyhaarlem.nl. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.
You are eligible to receive a partial refund depending upon:
• the reason for your cancellation
• the number days of prior to the start of the tour your cancellation request is received
Standard Policy
Cancellation 1 week before the start of the tour: No cancellation fee.
Up to 24 hours before the tour: 25% cancellation fee.
Within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee.
